We ship within the United States. If you're outside the USA and want in, drop us a note!
Processing
Every order is packed by hand and out the door within 3 to 5 business days. We don't drop ship, and we take our time to make sure each package is fulfilled with love and care.
Rates
Orders over $100 ship free. Under that, rates vary by location and package size.
Transit
Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. Most US orders land in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number the moment your label is created. It will be sent to the email or phone number you completed the purchase with. If you have an account, sign in and you will be able to find your order there!
If something goes sideways
Lost, stuck, or delivered to the wrong address? Email us at sales@hotfreq.com with your order number. Once the order is shipped and in transit, it is no longer in our hands. But we will do the best we can to track it down and make it right.
A note on timing
Processing time and transit time are two different things. Add them together for your real arrival window. Launch weeks and restocks run heavier, so give us a little grace when the drop is HOT.
